Terms of Use
This is a closed beta. These terms apply to invited testers on Bucko. They are not a substitute for counsel-reviewed production terms.
Invite-only beta
Access is limited to invited testers. Features may change or break. Do not rely on Bucko as your only record of a haul or sale during beta.
Fees and escrow
Buyers pay the full haul or listing price up front plus a 15% platform fee and, on hauls, a tiered escrow fee. Funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt or 24 hours after delivery is marked. Circumventing Bucko to take payment off-platform is not allowed.
Verification and welfare
Shippers must upload compliance documents and be approved before bidding or appearing in search. Shippers are responsible for following the USDA 28-hour law. Bucko is a marketplace, not a carrier.
Disputes
Either party on a haul may open a dispute. Admins may refund the buyer or release funds to the shipper or seller after review. Beta software may fail; report problems to support@bucko.com.
